CorFit Advantage is made with two independent pulls, tightening the top pull increases spinal flexion, while the bottom pull increases spinal extension. For a better fir, it is recommended that patients readjust the belts while lying on their back with their knees up. This adjustment allows the spine to decompress into its natural state without downward pressure from internal organs. Readjustments are easy with the convenient thumb loops, which allow patients to have a firm grip with little force.
